LivingTale is an AI-powered collaborative storytelling platform that helps writers create and manage their stories. We provide tools for narrative tracking, character management, and story generation assistance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You retain ownership of all stories and content you create using LivingTale. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to use LivingTale to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
LivingTale uses artificial intelligence to assist with story generation. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
LivingTale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
