By accessing or using LivingTale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
LivingTale is a life story and legacy platform that helps individuals and families capture, organize, and preserve personal memories. We provide guided conversations, visual timelines, photo integration, narrative generation, and sharing tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You retain ownership of all life stories, memories, photos, and content you create using LivingTale. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to use LivingTale to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
LivingTale generates written narratives based on the memories and life events you share during guided conversations. While we strive for accuracy, generated content may occasionally contain errors or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing your narrative and making any corrections before sharing it with family or printing.
You control who can view your life story. Stories are private by default. If you enable sharing, anyone with your unique link can view your story in read-only mode. You can revoke access at any time. You are responsible for sharing links only with people you trust.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
LivingTale is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
